QUT’s Bachelor of Laws (Honours) is a higher-level qualification than a bachelor degree, as it has honours-level content integrated throughout the course. The Bachelor of Laws is a professional law degree and your pathway to a fulfilling and challenging career as a legal practitioner. This course is designed to equip you with the required knowledge and skills for legal practice. The Bachelor of Laws requires three-and-a-half years of full-time study (or the equivalent part-time).

Students who are enrolled in a Bachelor of Laws and Legal Practice or a Bachelor of Laws and Legal Practice (Graduate Entry) and who do not wish to undertake the Legal Practice component may be eligible to transfer to the Bachelor of Laws.
