Neighborhood Pool by the Water
A beautiful large pool located on the water for residents and their guests to enjoy throughout the day and into the evening.
Fishing Pier
A fishing pier is located right behind the pool area. Enjoy fishing from this well kept private fishing pier.
Lovely Park Area
A lovely park and playground area is adjacent to the pool for all residents, their children and grandchildren to play, enjoy picnics and neighborhood get together’s.
Beautiful Beach
The beach area is currently in need of some work due to silting and logs. A community cleanup will be discussed in the future.

Only Governor’s Point homeowners and their guests are allowed to access neighborhood ammenities.
Pool hours are 8:00 am to 9:00 pm Sunday – Wednesday, 8:00 am – 10:00 pm Friday & Saturday
Thursday 8:00 am – 12:00 pm closed in the afternoon for maintenance. Pool is Open May 1st to October 31st.
The pool area is only accessible to owners with a pool card. All fees and dues must be paid before a pool card can be issued.
Please contact Gwen O’Bannon gwen.ob@yahoo.com or Linda Earls lgearls@aol.com if you need a pool card. They can be purchased for $25/year.
The annual pool fee is $25. The fee helps with chemicals, cleaning, water, maintenance etc.
Please remember that there is no alcohol, glass or pets allowed inside the pool area. This restriction is for everyone’s safety.
The boat ramp is out of service and will remain closed. We’re sorry for the inconvenience!
